All accommodation is awarded a star rating, the more stars, the higher the quality and cleanliness and the greater the range of facilities provided. Camping and caravan park assessments also include the quality of the local environment. Silver and Gold awards reflect the very highest levels of hospitality, cleanliness, service and food quality and those establishments that offer special facilities for walkers and/or cyclists are indicated.
